Unhappy get surgery

hi everyone I always had a weight problem since I was 10 years old...Im almost 29 now...I use to weigh 215 pounds and now Im 108 pounds..I went from a size 24 pants down to a size 0, but the problem is is that after a great weight loss your body never reshapes...I have alot of extra skin and I hate myself for it...I want to get surgey done but it is going to be alot of money...I dont have that kind of money...If you seen me you would nver think I was big before until I took offf my clothes..Its just so emmbarressing...I did start saving money but its also the time that Ill have to stay out of work plus Im scared to get it done...I dont know what to do??? thanks annie

Oh my God! How the hell did you lose that much weight? What did you do? Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee tell me so that I can get down to a zero too. However it is true that your skin drapes after excessive weight loss though so I might not want to do too much because I definitely can't afford that much surgery.
