together? I am wanting to lose at least 50 pounds, but am probably actually 65 pounds overweight. I am doing the whole healthy food and exercise thing, but I need a boost and something to help me not have this huge appetite I have. I can try to eat something healthy but then I crave junk food and just constantly feel hungry. What are your thoughts on Phentermine and is there anything better? Thanks!!!

I have tried Phentermine and it gave me bad headaches, so I stopped taking them. I didnt lose any weight, but I didnt use them all bc of the headaches.

Yes, Have taken Phen. Does it help? YES. BUT! (you knew there was a "but" right?") ONLY if you do your part. It's not a take the pill eat what you want and become skinny overnight solutions! People thinkg that. Take it (ASK YOUR DOCTOR!!! PLEASE don't order it online. You WILL be surprised how receptive your OWN dr. might be).

It gives you an energy burst, curbs appetitie. Do either of those make you lose weight? NO! That's the point. It DOES point you in the right direction though! YOU have to do the rest. GOOD LUCK!

I took Phentermine about six years and also was given diuretics (water pills). I would STRONGLY advise against taking water pills. The first day I took mine, I actually fainted at work. I had peed about a million times since taking it and I guess I was just so dehydrated that my body shut down. It was very scary and I've never taken them since. Also, they only make you lose water weight so anything you lose will just come right back. Phentermine can be helpful, though, when combined with eating well and exercising. Good luck.

I have had good results with Phen. in the past, but I always gained my weight back once I stopped taking them. The first two days after I stopped I was eating out of control - I felt like I couldn't get enough food?? Has anyone had that problem?
