Should I be worried

Hi there all, IVe posted in several other boards on this page and have found the population here to be incredibly reliable so here it goes.

I am 19 years old I am 6"1 and weigh 200 pounds (My weight keeps on shifting from 198-203) and I am worried about my weight, most things I try seem to work but not for to long my goal is to get down to atleasy 180. Now I can tell you that I'm no where near obese, I do work out as much as possible (Between work and a social life) my upper body is great little fat on it what so ever but my lower part of my body specificly thighs are a bit big and I want to work on getting those down.

I guess I shouldent feel like I'm overweight as everytime I say I'm going on a diet or eating healthy my friends and co-workers tell me I'm crazy and I shouldent as I look fine and am FAR FAR FAR from overweight.

Maby it's just me.

Are you working out? IMO, it doesn't matter what other people think, it matters what YOU think. Are you happy with your body? If you REALLY aren't happy, then change it. I find step aerobics to be fun, and I think it's good for the lower body. I'm finding pilates to be a great way to tone the lower body too.
