Holiday eating, oh how tough this may be?

Hi,
I have an idea for those who are watching their calories, especially around this tough time of temptation etc etc. First, eat a huge salad, skip the gravy on the turkey (unless you want to use it as a cheat element ), load up on the cooked veggies, oh heck, have a little bit of mash potatoes, and for me, a small piece of pumpkin pie. In addition to these ideas, make sure the plate isn't overflowing with food. I'm going to do an extra workout, and now I feel like if I do this, I will still enjoy myself and not feel like a pig! What are some of you ideas?

m.thanksgiving. well, i don't think this holiday will be TOO hard for me. I don't eat meat, so I won't have to worry about turkey, gravy,or gnerally sweet potatoes. It's just the mashed potatoes I'm worried about! lol.

Happy Thanksgiving to you too! BTW, keep up the good work! I see you lost weight on that diet, just keep following it and you'll be alright.
