help

hey everyone-

im the one who was originally did sports and then quit them.. started drinkin alcohol quite often at parties and ended up gaining 10 pounds. It took me bout a month to get it off by getting active again and dieting. Well now that im back to normal, i still do my 6 miles of exercizing a day. I was tryin to eat in the 1200-1500 calorie zone and somedays i do great.. but other days i do TERRIBLE. Like i eat so much it's not even funny and i can't help it. I'm tellin myself the day after thanksgiving i will go back on my diet, but i'm not feeling too confident right now. Some days i look in the mirror and feel great, but like the next day i feel like **** because i ate so much. I need your advice.. i'm afraid of gaining weight. i'm 5'6 and me weight is about 135

thanks<3 everyone have a wonderful thanksgiving. don;t feel guilty if u go all out on eating for one day.

Re: help

Well your not overweight by any means, but you probably want to "thin out" and I can understand that. Do you drink soda? If so, cut it out. Give yourself one treat like every other day, and try to eat clean through out the day. 6 small meals a day totaling 200-250 calories should do it. How much weight do you want to lose? Are you weight training, if not, that's a great metabolism booster!!
