Hi everybody. I am so bad at determinining how many calories a day I need to stick to to lose weight. I am 6 ft tall and weigh 180 pounds. I am within my healthy BMI ( I'm a 24.5) but I really like the way I look and feel when I am about 160 - 165. How many calories a day should I consume to lose about 15 pounds or so. Also I have injured my back recently so I haven't been excercising at all. Could someone please let me know what I should be doing? Thanks a million!!!!!!!!!!!!
