Hiatal hernia manipulation

After diagnostic testing, it appears my main complaint is hiatal hernia discomfort. Upper GI tests have revealed a small 2cm hiatal hernia. My symptoms are mild discomfort when my stomach is empty. My question to all is whether or not you've had success with chropractic manipulation getting the hernia to move down into place. Also, have you come across any herbs and supplements that will help to move it down into place natrually as it starts to heal. ANY INFORMATION WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL !

Thanks !

Re: Hiatal hernia manipulation

Just one other question please..........HOW SERIOUS IS HIATAL HERNIA CONDITION? Can it be life-threatning if it's been in place for several years (approx 5 yrs)? Could it turn into a more serious condition ? I'm a worry-wort and tend to panic about most things. Please help !!

Thanks again !
