Hiatal hernia ? Can this be it?

I Really think i have one, I burp like nobody has ever bjurped lol..its unbelieveable, 2nd My stomach blows out like i have severe gas,certain foods destroy me, i have had acid before , and now ....i cant sleep or walk even that good because i cant breath real good ...i think this is what i got ...but does it sound like it to any of use?

Yes it could be a hiatal hernia.....it also sounds like it could be gallbladder related since you said certain foods destroy you. Are the foods high fatty foods? Have you tried acid-reducing drugs to see if that helps at all ??
