Reflexology?

Hi,

Just wondered if anyone has tried reflexology before? If so, what did you make of it and did you find it quite accurate? I went today and was told i had problem areas just by my feet being worked on! Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Reflexology is a way to work on the rest of the body by working on the feet as it is believed that the feet mirror all body parts. I have been using it for years and I think it works, but if you know nothing about it I would do reserach on Google and maybe also buy some books on it (or go to a library). Then, try it on yourself and see what your own experience is.

I get a combined treatment with acupucture once a week for back pain. It does give me some pain relief.
