Unhappy Had Ultrasound now I,m flipping out! Opinions please

Ihave had bout 6 weeks of problems with my stomach, stomach pain after meals, feeling of fullness after meals, sometimes burning pains, I had an upper gi done and that came out normal, today I had an abdominal ultra sound, she asked me what symptoms I had been having. She spent most of the time scanning the upper right area under the ribcage and occasionally asked if that area had any pain and I said no. Well I happened to glance over at the screen and noticed 3 round circles on the picture and she had them number 1,2,3. So I now know she did find something and I know its not the stomach because I asked her if she rescanned the stomach and she said no. So now I,m worried because I don,t know what area she was scanning and what these things are, could be gallstones I guess but now I have to wait for the doctor. I know the liver is in that area too! I,m trying to just think gallbladder. Any opinions? I was never thinking gallbladder problems before because of the burning feeling I have and it's located right under my ribcage in the centre, and I am on a PPI and that seems to help. Could I have a stomach problem and the potential? gallstones just happened to be there for the ultrasound to pickup, my doctor GP seems to think this is a stomach acid problem! Help Sandra
