Question neck fusions C5-6 & C6-7-still hurt

10 weeks ago today I have neck fusions done on C5-6 & C6-7. Still have problems. Muscles in neck, shoulders, arms, shoulder blades hurt, pain where the plates and screws are. Once again the nerve in my upper right arm is giving me problems. Now I've caught a cold and it really pulls when I sneeze or cough. Been going through PT for the last month. Wearing a TENS Unit everyday. Doing exercises at home, not helping. I actually think it makes it worse. Still can't turn over in my sleep, that is when I get to sleep. Don't know what else to do. Can't see Dr. again til the 29th of Dec. Anybody have any suggestions? I would certainly appreciate it.
