nucleoplasty discectomy recovery/still hurting

i had my procedure two and half weeks ago and still have had no results. in fact, i'm worse than ever. i posted before but didn't know much about the procedure. anyone else had this procedure. what about the severe pain and spasms afterwards. it's way worse than before. help, jason

Jayboy, I had a nucleoplasty done in Dec. 2003. I returned to work in 2 weeks. I still had pain and numbness in my leg at that point. The numbness eventually went away but the pain pretty much stayed the same. I think you should call your doctor and tell him what you are experiencing. Everyone is different as far as recovery goes. Hang in there and keep us posted.

the spasms are going up my back. i'm going to call the doc monday. anyone else have any advice on this procedure. it doesn't seem to be a popular procedure. this procedure is for inward herniated discs. trouble inside not out. buldging discs. thanks, jason.
