Allergies and Vitamin Deficiencies

I have severe allergies. I've never had a problem with allergies. I am a very heavy drinker (replacing food with beer), but I quit a month ago because I'm sick. Do I have a vitamin deficit? I've never been so mentally and phyically strung out. Drugs arent working. I feel lethargic and foggyheaded. Please help.

Re: Allergies and Vitamin Deficiencies

Could you be detoxing from the alcohol? Drugs and alcohol take their toll and the body becomes very toxic when done regularly. So not only are you possibly toxic right now and feel so bad, but also you may be going through withdrawals. Beer is no different then hard liquior.
I think you are probably deficient in vitamins as well as other nutrients since any addiction depletes the body. Maybe contact a holistic doctor who can take tests to find out what is going on and get you set on the right diet and supplement program.
