Question Long Segment Barretts

Hello,
I am a 41 year old male diagnosed with short segment barretts in 1999. I had an open fundoplication performed later, same year. I am still taking meds. Been doing well until a few months ago. Started having some pain and discomfort again. I had my yearly EGD done a couple of weeks ago. Showed long segment barretts. Still negative on dysplasia. I have read a little on photodynamic therapy. My biggest question is, can you have the therapy before dysplasia? I would appreciate any information on photodynamic therapy and, or anything else that can be done.
Thanks, Jim
