Post Penile cancer?

I have a small cilinder shape lump thing on the topside of my penis. I have looked at websites for penile cancer but still am none the wiser. There is no rash and I am not in pain. I am only 15 is it possible to get it at this age? I am going to the doctors soon but I was wondering wether anyone could give me a clue to stop the worrying.

i'm a 17 year old boy and i think iv'e got the same thing but i've had it for 4 years, i think it's a swelling that's due to the lack of cleaning that place.
My parents didn't tell me to clean behind my foreskin, i just found out the importance of doing it and i've started cleaning there very well
