Have you had experience treating cancer with these?

Hello all,
Can anyone tell me if they have had success treating tumorous cancers with any of the following alternative items:

Goldenseal, wild yam, dong quai, grape seed extract (PCO), evening primrose oil (GLA), organic selenio-methionine (or vitamin E with selenium), wheat germ oil, olive leaf extract, oregano oil capsules, panax ginseng, melatonin (breast cancer), royal jelly, COQ10 enzyme, blue green algae (or any sea green).

If not any of these items, can you please name any others that you may have noticed tumor reduction with. As many details as you can provide would be much appreciated!!
