Caldwell-Luc For Sinus Cancer?

Unilateral Inverted Papilloma was found in
my rt. Maxillary. After 3 endoscopic
surgeries, the large tumor was benign. Latest
pathology still has squamous carcinoma & new
tumor reccurence. All were done in 5 mo.
Next surgery is a Caldwell-Luc procedure.
Goes from inside lip & cuts thru bone to
access this cavity. Need info, refferal site
or feedback from someone who has had this
type of cancer or procedure. What type of a
recovery am I in for? Appreciate help.
