Quit Smoking Injection?

Hi There ,
I was wondering if anyone has tried the injection that keeps you from smoking? They say it only takes one injection and it clears the body of nicotine. It's a little over $250.00 total for the first visit and then a visit for the one injection. I really don't want to mess up my back fusion I have to have. I have cut down tremendously and don't have a problem putting myself on a clock. I smoked one cigarette an hour, even if I didn't want it, the next day every 2 hours, the 3rd day, every 3 hours.
With severe Panic Disorder, should I keep this up?

But I really would like some input from anyone who has quit using the injection.

I would be happy to pay the money out, just to stop it all now!! I have had several surgeries in the past year and never once did I ever want a cigarette while in the hospital (maybe the clean smell, the Oxygen on my nose and the pain meds, not to mention the pain.) I never wanted to smoke again after returning home, but did, hubby smokes 3 cartons a week, we can't afford that.
Yet, he is like his Dad and can just lay them down and never smoke again.
He quit snoring the very first day and slept better too.
But then picks them up when he is bored and is back to 3 carton a week very quickly.

I just FLAT OUT, don't want to smoke at all, but watching a movie, I smoke and never even realize I have lit up 4-5 and don't even recall smoking them .

Any Advice would help tremedously, I want a smoke free home.
hubby says if I don't smoke, then he won't. I am the guilty one who gets bitchy and can't quit cold turkey like he can. But time is running out before the surgery, The Surgeon says it helps up to 75% if I can quit even just 2 weeks before my spinal fusion.
I am already on Welbutrin SR for depression.
