Cancer clinical trials site of the NIH. Good for understanding which therapies are used for which cancer - the new therapies are usually tested against the current 'gold standard'.

ECOG started out as a U.S. Eastern Region resource, it now has links to and information about many cancer research [and treatment] centers in the U.S. and elsewhere.
