Talking QUESTION S ABOUT A MAMOGRAM

HELLO 2 WEEKS AGO I FOUND A LUMP ON MY LEFT BREST I WENT FOR A MAMOGRAM AND A ULTRA SOUND THEY BOTH SHOW NOTHING HOWEVER THE FOUND A SPOT ON MY LEFT THAT CHANGED FROM LAST YEARS TEST THE REPORT SAID IT WAS GLANDULUER CHANGE THE DR AT THE HOSPITAL SAID TO WAIT 6 MONTHS AND COME BACK FOR ANOTHER TEST I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ?? THE LUMP I FOUND WAS RIGHT BEFORE MY PERIOD AND ALSO THE TEST WERE DONE THE SECOND DAY OF MY PERIOD WHOULD THIS MAKE A DIFFERENCE IM 34 WITH NO FAMILY HISTORY BUT STILL VERY WORRIED PLEASE ANY ADVISE WOULD HELP THANKS

If you have cystic breasts it is best to schedule your mammograms for after your period. Any cysts are going to be largest right before and during your period.

The 6 month wait is pretty standard. Just be sure that next time you aim for the right time in your cycle to decrease the chances of false readings.
