Question breast lumps

i recently found 2lumps in my breast. my doctor ordered an ultrasound, which didnt show anything. he has sent me to a surgeon, which i will be seeing in a week or so, i am confused as to what my options are at this point. i am not sure what to ask and i am having trouble finding any info for women who have not yet been diagnosed with cancer. i was wondering if anyone had any ideas or info for me? i am only 33 but have a history of breast cancer in my family.

In '99 I had a lump, went to my dr. then got a mam. then ultrasound and they discovered ot was fluid filled. Was sent to a surgeon and he was able to drain it. Why do you need to go to a surgeon if it is nothing? I would ask. I now have a new lump, went for mam. Now got a letter (strange) from hospital that they would advise another mam. in 6 months. So I'm definately calling my dr. to find out if this lump is solid or fluid filled. Maybe they are sending you there to try and drain it. Good luck!
