i have bloddy discharge form my nipple is this something i should worry about?

You should certainly check into this. It may be nothing but some breast cancers have a nipple discharge as the side effect. I had a discharge but had already had cancer, and it was back. Hope all is well but check out just in case. Early diagnosis is the best.
