Arrow lower abdominal and back ache, numbness and other symptoms.

I am 17 years old. Since I have started my period, i have had lower right abdominal ache, lower back ache, excessive gas, and bad aching in both hips. Also, my hand and legs are also aching. Even when i don't have my period, i have been having unusual lower right abdominal pain. These are different symptoms than i have ever had, and am fairly worried. I know it is unlikely ovarian cancer, because of my age, but was wondering if anyone knows what it could be. Thank You

Dear Chels, first of all you need to immediately see a doctor, if you haven't already. Wondering and worrying will only make matters worse. Your symptoms could be alot of things. For me to give an opinion would not be helpful to you, as I am no doctor. Make an appt with a female OB/GYN, as that will probably make you the most comfortable. Most importantly, let me say this.....our society is so saturated these days with womens health issues, cancer, etc., so it's easy to be scared. But honestly, more times than not, you most likely have nothing serious as opposed to some grave illness. The sooner you go and have yourself checked, the sooner you can put your mind at ease. Take care of yourself and leave a post about the outcome.
