Question Abnormal Pap and IBS

Hi Ihave had several abnormal Pap smears including ome thin prep which showed some stry pre canerous cells Since this has been going on my Irritible Syndrome has been worse I seen to remember reading somewhere that Gynie infections can affect Digestive Disorders I wonder if this is true Tanks for any help Rose

Sounds like your IBS has become more or a problem lately because of your nervousness. I have been through the same abnormal paps, colposcopy(sp?) and paps every 3 months. Just the thought of all that and what the outcome might be is enough to send my GI tract into overdrive too, and I don't have IBS. Try to relax, breathe deeply and know that whatever comes your way, you CAN handle it. It might be scary, but ultimately, you are the only one who can help yourself.
