Could I have symptoms?

I am a 19 year old girl (almost 20) who lives in Utah. I don't know of any cancer in my family. But I was wondering about some things.
Right where my bra cup meets my bra strap (sorry, odd desciption) it is so tender, and feels like there is a lump there. It's on the left side, the right one doesn't feel the same way. And for at least a few months, (esspecially) and as long as I can remember, my lymph nodes in my arm pits have been really sore. Esspecially the left one. What could this be? and thoughts would be appreciated.

Any time one breast feels diffent than the other you should get it checked out by a doctor.
