I went on a candida diet a few years ago. It didn't help the health problem that I was trying to get rid of but realized a year later that it got rid of another problem.
I've been suffering from 24/7 dizziness for nearly 3 1/2 years. Because I couldn't find the source of my dizziness I consulted a Envrionmental Medicine Doctor, in case my condition was due to allergies. He made a few tests and one thing I reacted to was yeast (since the tests are very sensitive, it doesn't mean you are allergic but that you might be developping an intolerance - can only confirm with diet). So for 2 1/2 months I removed everything that helped fungus growth (candida) and other things. Unfortunately it didn't help my dizziness, but this past summer I just realized that since that diet I never had another urinary tract/bladder infection that I was getting too often before the diet.
