I agree, I have been sick too, and havn't been able to go to the gym since Saturday. I too, don't like to miss more than 2 day in a row. But as I was contimplating weather or not to go last night, I am glad I rested. Today, I have more energy, and I am not dreading going. I am excited to work out tonight. If you have worked out constantly before, I think a week off will do not harm. Rest your body up, that way you can go at it 100% next time! If you try to go when you are sick, your energy level will just get worse. It's okay to rest!
