Rhodiola rosea for test anxiety and memory?

Hi everyone,
I just read a replly by Ratboy83 about how he felt better after taking rhodiola. So I did a little research on it and found out that it is good for cancer patients, memory problems, anxiety and depression. Well, when it comes to school, I have a low self esteem and always think "I'm going to fail, or what if I fail" and I have to get rid of this "negative thinking." I've actually been doing little meditation lately. Also, I suffer from major test anxiety and we are constantly getting tested. I know I should have A's but I've benn getting C's after studying a lot due to this darn test anxiety. Anyways, does anyone else take this for anxiety and memory problems? IF you do or if you don't take this herb, what kind of results did you receive and can I buy this in a health food store?
