Post reoccuring swollen lymphs

I've had alot of swollen lymph nodes in the past year or more at least once every 2 months. They are swollen all through my body and most of the time are very painful. I haven't even had so much as a sore throat or cold. I do however have a very sore and achey body with alot of fatigue. does anyone know what could be causing this?

Question

Do you have a cat? My sister had a swollen lymph node in her groin. We were concerned that it may be Lymphoma but it turned out to be Cat Scratch Disease caused by a cat scratching you or biting you. This causes lymph nodes to swell and become sore.
