Post should i worry

i don't want to get worked up over nothing but for (since school) about 4 months i've had a lump on the side of my neck near the Jaw line. I waited a month before finally giving in and letting my mom setup a doctor apointment. they did a blood test which turned up negative for cancer. He gave me antibiotics and also said that the there were other lumps on my left side along with it. He said come back in a month if it didn't go away, but We don't have alot of money so i figured why was a visit on this when the test came back negative. right?
then again i also have noticed a pea size lump on my shin (had about 3 months) i can sort of move it around under the skin (that can't be a good sign could it?). it hasn't disappeared or anything. i found it after the appointment with the doc.
when i was 10 i had a cyste(sp) on my face. (that is what the skin doctor told me and my mom. it went and returned when i was 11. Being 18 i still have a person can't see it but i can feel it under the skin. could this be related?

I read in the medical book that it's normal for lumps to appear and disappear is this true? because i have had serveral pea size lump in the armpit do this over three months. I haven't been sick or anything. i have had headaches but i figure this could be because i read to much or go on the comp. to often..stay out in the sun to long maybe?

any advise or knowledge? i'll probably end up going to the doctor in a month or so.

Here's a link to MedLinePlus for the definition of a cyst. Once on MedLinePlus, do a search on specific cysts. There are very many different types of cysts - some benign, some malignant. Pain is not an indicator of whether or not a cyst is malignant. Growth, change of shape or more cysts popping out should be checked on as even a benign cyst if large or many small cysts covering a large area can potentially interfere with an organ or limb [i.e. movement or pain]. Most doctors pay attention to cysts - just in case.
