Often nauseous...(not pregnant.)

I find myself nauseous nearly every day. I'm not pregnant--at least, I don't think I am. I mean, I always have protected sex. My diet isn't so great, but it never has been, and I've never had problems with nausea before. Well, I have, but not so bad. I guess this has been going on for about a couple weeks now.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Re: Often nauseous...(not pregnant.)

hmm..it could be numerous things...my sister was nauseous and tired and she had mono. or you can be eating something that is causing the nauseous feeling. perhaps, you should pay attention to what you're eating and try to link certain foods to the nauseous feelings and avoid them.

and have you been getting your period? cuz you said you THINK you're not pregnant..that means you could be.

it could also be stress causing the nauseous..or various other anxiety factors.

in fact, there are sooo many different things it could be. try eating saltines, they are suppose to be helpful. also, see a doctor if worse comes to worse. there are various tests he can run.
