swollen lymph nodes causing constant headaches?

i've got swollen lymph nodes in my neck, just came back from a CT scan to try and find the cause, but even before i get results i hafta ask this. i've had a headache all day every day for about a week now. tylenol and excedrin doesn't help it. i did a yahoo search and found some things that said the swelling of lymph nodes can cause headaches, something about your head is unable to drain (drain what, i dunno...) and it causes pressure, resulting in headache. i've had the swollen lymph nodes since december, and i've had somewhat frequent headaches, but not constant like this. is it likely caused by the lymph nodes and if so is there any way to relieve it? like, some way to help it drain? is the drainage related to your nose and other areas so that maybe decongestants might help?
