for the past few weeks, the inside of my nose is swolen. I can full very painful if I touch if from outside. Any over-the-counter medicine to help on this? Thanks.

Wink Re: swolen nose

If you are talking about swelling of your nasal membrane due to allergies, then you need a nose spray. I use the prescription medicine, flonase. I use to use beconase. For over the counter, I think nasalchrom works the same way. They are mild steroids which help reduce the swelling. But the effect doesn't kick in until you've used it for a while (1 to 2 weeks) and then you'll need to continue using while you are having allergy symptoms. Mine are year-round.

Good luck and I hope this may be helpful for you.
