17 yr old needs help quick pls!

i have a problem i have noticed these lump kind of thigs on my testicals both of them and i have done some reseerching on the internet and it said that these where something to carry the sperm but i cant remember what the name was. and im getting very worried wether it is testicalur cancer or not please can some one help me out tell me how to check for the cancerus lumps as i am not very familur to the tesiticular structure. please can some one help im not sleeping at nights and im a emotinal reck.
