Question Pre-cancerous moles?

Some of the posts say about pre-cancerous moles. What exactly are they and what treatments are there for them?

Thanks,

I don't know what precancerous moles are but I know if you even think you have a question about a mole find a good plastic surgeon who is experienced with moles and have it checked. If it looks suspicious they will cut it out. My 15 year old had melanoma, it was a while soft mole, pencil head size. 3 doctors said it was fine, finally I found a doctor to take it off. They cut it off instead of cutting it out. It came back melanoma, so the moles don't have to be dark and odd shaped, she had to have the dye put in and have 3 lymph nodes removed. Everything was negative. Just don't ever wonder if a mole is okay have it checked ASAP.
