Yor Body's Many Cries for Water

Most of us have been told that drinking 8 to 10 glasses a day is good for us. Yet so few of us do it.

But if you knew that drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water a day can alleviate, prevent and even cure many diseases.....wouldnt you do it?

The sad truth is that most of us as adults live in a state of chronic dehydration. As adults we have pretty well lost our sensation of thirst and often end up misenterpreting the signals when they do come. Sodas, coffee and tea work as diuretics which rob our tissues of water rather than rehydrating them.

Our skin needs water, our joints and discs need water and without them they begin to degrade. All of our tissues need water since our bodies are 80% water. It is so simple to give our bodies water when that is already a prime constituent of it.

Millions of people suffer needlessly because of dehydration. Few of us believe it can be that simple, especially since we dont hear it from the medical profession.

You will want to suplement with a good sea salt(for more minerals). Salt is not the enemy. Even doctors know this...on some level anyway. If you get hooked up to an "I.V. solution" in the hospital.....it is a saline solution! The best nasal spray is a saline solution.

Even if you doubt the simple elegence of this cure, how hard can it be to try? Virtually free, no need for a prescription. If you honestly want your life and your health back...why wouldnt you try?

Experience how good it feels as your body begins to rehydrate!

My gift of love to you....sharon
