Unhappy Burning/Rare,minor non-localized tingling

I am going to do the best I can to describe this. I do lift weights and work in computers for a living. About 6 weeks ago I started experiencing tightness in my forearms, more on the palm side, on both arms and it seemed somewhat localized to a circular region. As the weeks moved on, the forearms started to get better and my wrists started bothering me. Now after 5 weeks and actually getting relief from Ibuprofen, I have been getting warm, hot, burning and very minor (althought rare and not in any particular location tingling.
Can tendonitis cause this? Are these classic symptoms of overuse? Has anyone experienced anything like this before? If so, what have you done about it?
