Post CTS again

OK, I had my cts on my right hand May 2001 and tho my left hand L and I just let it be. Surgery went fine and I healed well but now almost 2 yrs later the right hand is doing it again along with the left. All EMG/NCVand dermasensory test show ulnar entrapment in both hands. So L and I reopened my claim for cts and I'm going have cts in the left now along with ulner nerve release. They won't open the claim for the right which shows ulnar entrapment as well. Am I going to be stuck with nerve entrapment in that hand forever or what? My hand strength in my right after surgery is 60 and my left hand as of right now is 9 and in 2001 my left hand was 20 so it has lost more strength. I'm worried that my right may need another surgery and yet the neuro said they don't like to go in again if at all possible. Tomorrow I see the hand surgeon and he may give me an injection in the right to see if it helps. I hope he helps the right as it is getting worse and when I have the cts on my left it will get even more so cuz of my hand being in a cast. I know that my right hand has gotten worse do to my babying the left for the last year or so. Do they normally let nerve entrapment go even after all the test show damage?
