Good Morning: I think maybe the first thing you should do is take a deep breath and relax a bit. It can't be helping your hand/hands to be so stressed. You did not describe what is currently happening with your hands, what symptoms you are still having and where the symptoms are occurring. I know that I have heard that Work Comp will pay for a second opinion and perhaps you should see someone else if you Doc says you are fine but you feel you are not. I wish you very good luck with this process, as I know it a long drawn out deal.

Angry

I know exactly what you are going through.
After 3 CT surgeries on right hand Im still left with chronic Pain, burning, numbness, shooting pain up and down arm/hand ulnar nerve and median nerve damage, I have range of motion problems, and now tendinitius (sp?) has set up in my wrist, I still many many sleepless nights.
If I had it to do over I would have never ever had the surgeries, I guess it is one of those situations, dang if you do, dang if you dont, so what is a person to do?
After putting me Thru Pain Managment classes and having 3 doctors to tell me theres nothing else that can be done for me, I settled with Worksman Comp. for little $$ and now Im on my own to suffer day after day.
I was told to sign up on Disability and so far been turned down 2 times, even the Worksman Comp Dr. gave my hand a rating of 33% and Im still fighting disability.
I wish I could give you some encouragement, some advice to help you, but much like I keep telling myself DO NO GIVE UP do not let them beat you down.
Theres some days Id just about cut my hand off from the pain, it gets unbearable, even the weather effects it, but I keep hanging in there no matter how tempting it is to cut my arm off, I keep fighting..
One day someone will listen US and Im not going to give up until someone does!
I wish you lots of luck and happy painfree days!
