Spasms, Twitches, Pain, Numbness, HELP!!!
How do I make this an easy read,, well Im gonna try.
My lower legs constantly have tiny spasms/twitches all over them. Almost like my skin is boiling inside out.
Ive have a dull but "painfull' pain behind my lower right rib cage.
I have major twitches all over my body. Like sudden jerks in my arms.
I have pain where my colon meets my small intestine.
I get large lumps where my colon meets my small intestine.
I get cramps in my spine,, rarley.
My groin is going numb,,, yes THERE too.
ALL my test come back perfect. The docs tell me I am fine. I need to figure out whats going on with my body. Any help would be great.
Thank you
Rridley

Re: Spasms, Twitches, Pain, Numbness, HELP!!!
Hmmm I have a similar thing and its been ruining my life for about a year.
You didnt mention your bowel movements. Are they normal? Did you have panic before this started? Back pain or injury before it started?
Dont understand the lumps. Do you mean close to the surface lumps like lymph nodes, or pushing deeper like swollen organs?
I have twitching, burning feet, numbness in all the limbs as well. I am still undiagnosed, after many tests.
Let me know the answer to the above.
Its good that your tests came back good. The right side of course sounds like gall bladder area, always soft stool? The neuropathy is interesting (and horrible). You wouldnt think something in the bowel area would affect your arms, or my arms for that matter. This is why i asked about back, or neck injury, even what you might think is slight. If so perhaps the neuropathy you feel in your legs etc, is doing the same thing in the digestive organs that is putting pain and nerve activity in the guts. If you look at it the other way, it could be a possible malabsorption causing tetany etc. Tell me more details. and best wishes.

Re: Spasms, Twitches, Pain, Numbness, HELP!!!
The twitching in your legs could be restless legs syndrome. My husband has it. His legs actually bounce right off the couch at times, and he gets awful creepy crawly feelings in them. It happens when he is in a relaxed state, either in the evening watching tv or in bed. Needless to say, he gets sent to the spare room most nights! It is a neurological disorder, and there are medications and treatments for it. My hubby went to a sleep clinic and they recorded his legs jumping over 200 times an hour while he was sleeping! There is a board on this website for it. You should check it out.

If you are consuming anything with Aspartame (Nutrasweet), please stop. Also, start taking supplemntal Calcium. Twitches and Spasms indicate calcium deficiency. Good Luck.

Re: Spasms, Twitches, Pain, Numbness, HELP!!!
Hey I have had terrible pain in my legs and arms. Pins and needles is what I call them. Sometimes it feels like someone is stabbing me from the inside out. Around Christmas I came across a website about aspartame. I had been consuming alot of it by drinks, gum, etc. Since quitting the products I have noticied a big difference. Right now its bothering me put recently I went two weeks no problems. My left knee which was always stiff is getting better also. It may be hard to believe, but try to eliminate all nutrasweet from you diet and see what happens.
