Post Trembling?

I think I have carpal in both hands -- anyhow, I did some finger exercises with my left hand and noticed that my fingers were trembling as I pulled them down. (I just had my hand pointing about 90 degrees straigh up and then curled each finger down into my palm). Now all my fingers won't stop trembling and it's been nearly an hour later. This is pretty freaky. Anyone else had similar experiences?

I've had this since Saturday! I noticed it and now I can't stop thinking about it. My pinky is trembling so bad at times and if I extend it out or curl it towards my palm it gets worse. Now throughout the days all my fingers tremble at times and sometimes it gets really bad. It doesn't help that I have panic disorder, but I'm not sure if this is being caused by my anxiety, CTS or something worse.

Any advice or suggestions?

Lwsneeze, what I did is to leave my fingers along as much as I could for a while and the trembling finally subsided. I guess I had managed to overstimulate the nerve and it was freaking out. I don't have any advice except to say Hang in there!! and get to a doctor ASAP. I have a difficult time getting my doc to believe me, but I'm in the process of getting a new one and I'm setting up an appointment tomorrow to get sa referral to a TMJ specialist.
