Roxicodone is the name brand 15 and 30 mg oxy tablets but generics hit the markeyt last fall. Oxyfast by purdue is liquid oxy 20mg per ml and not restricted to just cancer, generics are available in this too, Oxydose comes in 5mg per ml and 20 mg per ml. Oxy IR comes in 5mg capsules in the states and 10 and 20 mg tablets in Canada.
Liquid version of Oxy, morphine or Dilaudid will work a little faster. But whatever med you take has to be proportionate to your dose of meth. 120 mgs of meth is equal to about 600 mgs of morphine. IF the BT dose isn't at least 10% of your daily intake, your not going to get the results your expecting. So you need something in the 60 mg of morphine per dose range.MSIR comes in 15mg and 30mg. A 30 mg Roxicodone is equal to about 45 mgs of morphine, 8 mgs of dilaudid is equal to about 60 mgs of morphine but these are huge jumps from Vicodin ES and may take some time for your doc to get to a dose that strong.
Aqtiq is a Fentanyl lolipop and there is nothing stronger, It is aproved for cancer only but some PM docs use them on higher dose patients. My fear is that there is nothing stronger once you reach the highest strength dose of Aqtiq. If your used to sucking on a 1600mic Aqtiq, what could they possibly give you to ease your pain if you broke your arm, leg, or had significant BT pain after you have become accomadated to the strongest med on the market. But there are alot of meds inbetween Vicodin ES and needing something as potent as Aqtiq.
Oxycodone , Dilaudid, Morphine, Oxymorphone "Numorphan" are all available in effective doses, but if your doc isn't comfy prescribing high dose BT meds there isn't much you can do. 120 mgs of meth is a healthy dose and you will need a healthy dose of BT meds to be felt, otherwise it's just one more drop in a large bucket.
Good luck, Dave
