Are these dyazide side effects.....

Hello...any help would be appreciated....I'm 48yr old who takes the following meds: dyazide, lipitor, norvasc. For the past 2 months I've been having this nagging dull ache to my right buttock that goes to my hip and top of thigh. It is REALLY noticeable at night when I'm trying to sleep. I have to keep tossing and turning. I can flex and extend my leg, walk without any pain. I am an ER nurse so I am really active but walking does not bother me. It's when I go to sit or lie down that this pain starts. Does anyone have any ideas? I've done research on the meds and don't find anything specifically like what I'm having, noted as a side effect. But any thoughts would be great. I'm trying to avoid going to the Dr. for this until I've done more checking because usually they just want to add more meds. Thanks.

I take dyazide and norvasc and have never experienced anything like that. I cannot comment on the lipitor but perhaps someone else on the board can. Guys?

Does it feel like joint pain? Muscular pain? It could be related to ligaments, tendons or soft tissue.

How long have you been on Lipitor? This could be your culprit.

The statins, including Lipitor have been known to cause musculoskeletal
problems...arthralagia, myalgia, and myositis in various forms.
