I remember stressing at the end of the semester during college, and it was CRAZY. I'd have five science finals all in the same day and they were all 100 questions each. Then I changed my major and things got a bit easier, but there was still that stress there. I started to pray. I wasn't really a spiritual person, and I still am not totally where I want to be, but many people have no idea how relieving it is to say a prayer out loud to God and ask for help. It really is a great feeling.
If praying isn't your cup of tea (and it's totally fine that it's not), then maybe you could see a professional? Sometimes all you need is somebody to talk to and to help you through everything. It makes all the difference.
