stomach pain

My 31 year old daughter has been having heart problems and was just diagnosed with Wolf Parkinson White Disease. She has been on beta blockers for a month and three weeks ago she started passing blood clots. She thought it might be from the medicine. The doctor said there was a tear in the uper intestine and caused an infection. He put her on Cipro. The bleeding stopped, but then she became constipated so he told her to drink the gallon of Go Lightly. This was four days ago. It cleaned her out, but every time she has something to eat no matter what it is she has to run to the bathroom and each time she eats no matter how little she gets a sharp pain on the right side of her stomach that last 30 minutes. It isn't like a gas pain. She is waiting the for doctor to set up an appointment with a gastroenterologist. Has anyone else had this? Does anyone know what it can be? We are all very worried.
Thanks in adavance for your help.
Shirley
