Always ask your doctor first when considering a mode of any kind. Hello, Have you considered Massage Therapy to help relieve the spasms and poss. the sharp pain as well. Check with you Dr. first but I believe it maybe of help for you. Good Luck.

Re: Server Back Pain.

There are many possible causes for lower back pain, just one of which may be Arthritis. Other possibilities might be Multiple Schlerosis (MS), a slipped disc, deterioration of your vertebrae or the cushioning meniscous material between the bones, etc.

The safest solution is to try using a natural anti-inflammatory such as CMPlex (cetyl myristoleate, invented by Dr. Harry W. Diehl). It is available at many drugs stores or online.

It is available in a topical application which works in 5 minutes, or a pill form which will be efficatious after about 21 days. It has a 95% success rate in clinical trials for preventing pain from arthritis.
