Chin Implants

Hello,
I just wanted a little information on getting one. For those who have had one, How long is the healing time (time you can't work) and is this a risky operation?

Also, I take martial arts and boxing classes and I was curious to know whether I could continue to fight if I got a chin implant? Would getting hit in the chin cause problems? I'm assuming I would have to get it screwed to the bone to even consider continuing.
