I sure did! I had my reduction many years ago, (had bad ptosis), and had the whole nine yards. Then, after my babies, and breastfeeding, I had to have them put back onto my chest! (full anchor lift). Anyway, my recovery was much better the second time. I used hyperbaric oxygen to help in healing, and it made a HUGE difference. Plan on being able to do more than those that have had a breast aug under the muscle. There is much less pain involved (I got implants the second time around). My recovery was about 5 days - 7 days of not doing too much, then I was pretty much back to normal, with the exception of lifting, and stretching the skin in that area.
