Anyone experience strange sunburn - ACE users?

I'm taking an ACE inhibitor and last weekend was one of the first times I spent all day out in the sun. I used a suncreen and I guess it "kind of" worked but I got weird sunburn/not normal tan.....

It seemed to affect my face and arms but not my legs, back or neck.... Anybody have this kind of thing happen? Will a better sunblock work?

I had the same reaction when I went to the pool and I am on Atenolol 25mgs I had itching of my wrists and ankles. I am going back out again with a stronger sunblock, the pharmcy dr said it was a side effect and it wouldnt kill me. So I am trying again I enjoy my sun/pool time.
