deep wrinkles around mouth

I have deep wrinkles around my mouth and had two TCA peels done (no results).... my skin improved but the wrinkles did not! My doctor tells me that phenol peels are so harsh, I might have permanent redness. She also is against dermabrasion and laser for the same reasons. Has anyone had dermabrasion or laser in only one area of the face? what were the results?

I sure would appreciate feedback on this, thank you in advance...:-)

You might check into the Nlite laser procedure.
I was not a canidate for it but my PS said they
are using it for the lines around the mouth. There
is no redness involved with it but results are not
seen for about 3 months. It works on the collagen
underneath the skin
